Your role

In this position, you are responsible for the implementation, operation, development and monitoring of applications and services within your area of expertise. You thus operate at the crossroads of specialised sectors, IT and external partners. You analyse existing solutions, identify optimisation opportunities and actively contribute to the modernisation of our application environment, particularly in the areas of cloud, automation, integration and lifecycle management.

Your tasks will include the following:

Implementation and development of SaaS solutions and on-premises solutions Operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of applications and services Automation of technical procedures and support for modern operational processes Specification, implementation, testing and operation of interfaces Participation in change management, updates and lifecycle management Ensuring system quality, information security and data protection Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers Participation in the development of technical standards and modern operating models

You bring your own ideas, take on responsibilities and actively contribute, together with your colleagues, to implementing improvements.

Your profile

• Degree in (business) computer science at tertiary level (advanced technical college, university of applied sciences, ETH or university)
• Several years of practical experience in application management, preferably in the field of standard and customised software
• Good technical knowledge in the areas of automation, interfaces and modern operational processes
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of Git (e.g. GitHub) and experience with Azure Cloud and Terraform Experience in implementing and developing software solutions (SaaS and on-premises)
• Understanding of system quality, information security and data protection
• A taste for interdisciplinary collaboration as well as an open and agile working method
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
