Your role

In this role, you take responsibility for the introduction, operation, further development and monitoring of applications and services within your area of responsibility. You operate at the interface between specialist departments, IT and external partners. You analyse existing solutions, identify optimisation potential and actively drive the modernisation of our application landscape, especially in the areas of cloud, automation, integration and lifecycle management.

Your tasks include in particular:

Introduction and further development of SaaS and on-premises solutions Operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of applications and services Automation of technical processes and support of modern operational processes Specification, implementation, testing and operation of interfaces Participation in change, release and lifecycle management Ensuring system quality, information security and data protection Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service partners Co-design of technical standards and modern operating models

You contribute your own ideas, take responsibility and actively shape improvements together with your colleagues.

Your profile

• Completed education in (business) informatics at tertiary level (HF, FH, ETH or university)
• Several years of practical experience in application management, ideally in the environment of standard and customised software
• Good technical knowledge in the areas of automation, interfaces and modern operational processes
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of Git (e.g. GitHub) as well as experience with Azure Cloud and Terraform Experience in the introduction and further development of software solutions (SaaS and on-premises solutions)
• Understanding of system quality, information security and data protection
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as an open and agile working style
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
