In this role, you will strengthen the Life business area at Zurich Switzerland in the Help Point BVG area and make an important contribution to our shared success. You support the team in handling customer concerns as well as administrative tasks. This contributes to reliable, customer-oriented service and efficient collaboration in the Life business area.

What to expect

• You support the team at the Help Point in processing customer enquiries and help ensure smooth handling
• You assist with administrative tasks and ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and on time
• You are the first point of contact for customer concerns and help create a positive customer experience
• You work closely with your team to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of services

What sets you apart

• Initial professional experience in a similar position or in customer service, ideally at a pension fund insurance (BVG)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people, combined with a high service orientation
• Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and willingness to learn new systems
• Fluent German and French skills, additional language skills are an advantage
