About the job
What to expect
- Overall responsibility for professional, timely HR operations, from payroll and contract administration to mutations, absences and social insurances
- Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of your team
- Ensuring a high level of service quality for employees, managers and internal stakeholders
- Analysis, optimisation and automation of existing P&C processes, including the use of AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency
- Establishment of binding service levels and quality standards
- Business ownership for our HR/IT systems, from HRIS to recruiting solutions to payroll systems, focusing on the integration and further development of AI functionalities in close collaboration with the IT Product Lead P&C and external providers
- Further development of policies and processes taking into account labour law, social insurances, collective labour agreements and data protection as well as early detection of compliance and process risks
What you bring
- Leadership experience, ideally three to five years in an operational HR or service environment
- Solid practical experience in HR operations as well as good knowledge of payroll and administrative employee lifecycle processes
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and the social insurance system
- Strong process competence as well as experience in digitalisation and automation of HR processes, ideally with initial experience in the use of AI tools in the HR environment
- High IT affinity and experience as a business owner of HR/IT systems
- Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality and enjoyment of continuous improvement
