Our client is an established Swiss IT and consulting company that supports businesses in the digitalisation and optimisation of their business processes with modern ERP solutions. Abacus plays a central role, especially in the mapping and further development of financial processes. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a service-oriented individual who wants to connect business informatics, finance, and IT and enjoys developing professionally and technically in the Abacus environment.

Your challenge

In this versatile role, you are an important point of contact for customers regarding technical and professional questions about Abacus. Your focus is on the financial applications and the associated business processes:

• Processing and analysing support requests related to Abacus
• Supporting users in the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and e-banking
• Analysing booking and process workflows
• Advising customers on professional and application-related questions
• Developing sustainable solutions and documenting solution approaches
• Collaborating with internal Abacus specialists and sharing knowledge within the team
• Depending on experience and interest, contributing to the optimisation and further development of Abacus processes

Your qualities and talents

• Completed studies in business informatics (HF/FH/Uni) or a comparable higher education
• User experience with Abacus or a comparable ERP/business software
• Good understanding of finance and accounting as well as corresponding business processes
• Initial experience in ERP/application support, consulting, fiduciary, or financial environment is an advantage
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in getting to the bottom of complex issues
• Customer- and service-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
