All HR processes in our Talent Team Switzerland are continuously and user-centred optimised. This position is fixed-term until August 2027 and part of our ongoing HR transformation.
This HR transformation enables us as a team to pursue long-term development in various HR management topics, to live professionalism with a high-quality standard and agility, and to ensure efficient, cross-service line collaboration. Your main tasks
- You manage your own area (service line) and are the point of contact for supervisors, internal stakeholders and authorities in complex HR operations-specific questions
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you are part of the Talent Team Competence Centre Switzerland and work closely with the HR Business Partners
- For demanding enquiries, you also act as 2nd level support for the offshore shared service centre and contribute to the further development and exchange of know-how
- In this trusted role, you are in close daily contact with our internal customers, coordinate and optimise complex processes, and support in escalations
- Continuous optimisation and digitalisation of existing HR processes within the framework of HR projects offer exciting additional tasks.
What we are looking for
- Commercial or academic basic training with HR extension (e.g. HR clerk or HR specialist certificate)
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, ideally in a service company with an international orientation
- Very solid knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Affinity for HR administration tasks
- Independent working, discretion and quality awareness, a healthy degree of assertiveness as well as organisational talent to tackle several tasks in parallel
- The ability to operate in a very dynamic work environment where no day is like the other
- Team spirit as well as the willingness to offer collegial support and contribute to shared success through open communication
- Motivation for continuous development of personal and team competencies as well as proactive engagement as an ambassador of our "One Talent Team" culture
- Strong communication skills, initiative, customer and service orientation, a winning manner and enjoyment in dealing with people from diverse cultures
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; French is an advantage. Also a strong affinity for handling IT user programmes and HR tools (MS Office, Outlook, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
