Educational Coordinator / Educational Coordinator Nursing

Your Tasks
- Support in the further development of HF and FH nursing training as well as educational offerings at tertiary level
- Design, organisation and implementation of Learning Transfer Days (LTT)
- Supervision and advice for students as well as support for trainers and wards in training matters
- Coordination and evaluation of practical training and learning support in collaboration with training management
- Quality assurance and development as well as participation in educational marketing, recruitment and information events
- Networking with internal and external specialist offices, educational institutions and expert committees
Your Profile
- Qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- At least SVEB Certificate Level 1; ideally federal specialist certificate trainer (SVEB, formerly SVEB 2) or willingness to obtain it
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in a psychiatric environment
- Experience in supervising HF and/or FH nursing students
- Independent, structured and conceptual way of working
- High communication and organisational skills as well as enjoyment in working with different professional groups
