What to expect as a Baker-Confectioner:

• Producing various breads and small breads including dough preparation, processing, and oven work
• Assisting in the finishing of fine pastries
• Packaging the produced baked goods for delivery to our branches
• Ensuring hygiene and order regulations as well as adhering to the cleaning schedule

What to expect as a Pastry Chef-Confectioner:

• Producing fresh patisserie, cakes, and confectionery products such as sweets and pralines
• Producing traiteur products
• Ensuring hygiene and order regulations as well as adhering to the cleaning schedule

What you bring with you:

• Basic training as a Baker-Confectioner-Pastry Chef with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Solid knowledge of common production processes
• Enjoyment of working in the bakery-pastry-confectionery and in a team
• Flexibility and reliability for work assignments on an average of two weekends per month as well as willingness to start work at the following times: Baker-Confectioner: 01:15-12:00 / Pastry Chef-Confectioner: 03:00-08:00
• Open communication and willingness to take responsibility and think proactively
