What you can contribute
- Independently handle all HR processes along the employee lifecycle including payroll-relevant changes and ensure their complete, correct and timely processing
- Independently manage demanding personnel administrative issues and competently advise the various stakeholders regarding salary, social insurance, time recording, etc.
- Ensure high data and process quality, consistently adhere to defined quality standards, identify optimisation potentials and actively contribute to the further development and improvement of HR processes
- Independently clarify HR-relevant concerns, coordinate the necessary steps and ensure efficient, reliable and service-oriented processing
- Promote knowledge exchange and support the Head of HR Service Centre in operational, organisational and specialist tasks
What makes you unique
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR (HR assistant or personnel administration clerk or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of experience in a comparable operational HR role as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Work independently, structured and reliably, set the right priorities and take responsibility for the complete and timely implementation of your tasks
- Strong quality awareness, recognise discrepancies, pursue them independently and distinguish yourself through a solution-oriented and proactive working style
- Communicate clearly and target group-oriented, bring in your acquired expertise with great enthusiasm and your engaging personality
- You have oral and written knowledge of one official language
