To strengthen our ICT management, we are looking for a service-oriented person at our Bern location by arrangement

IT Supporter 1st Level (80–100%)

Your tasks

• First point of contact for IT enquiries and fault reports – ensuring quick initial solutions
• Receiving, prioritising and independently handling standard cases including proper documentation
• Conducting initial error analyses and structured escalation of complex cases to 2nd/3rd level
• Supporting rollouts and configuration of clients/workstations
• Participating in recurring operational tasks, monitoring systems and escalating security- or operation-relevant findings
• Willingness to support our Zurich or Lucerne locations on site once a week

Your profile

• Completed ICT training or equivalent qualification
• Initial practical experience in IT support is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in client and workplace environment (Windows 11, standard hardware, Microsoft 365)
• Knowledge in user and rights management, basic network knowledge as well as experience/interest in tools for operation/endpoint management is a plus
• Structured working method, prioritisation according to impact/urgency, clear communication of technical information in German
• High service orientation, patience, team spirit
• Category B driving licence
