Tasks
For the Leadership & Management Centre at the IAP, we are looking for a Programme Manager with the following duties:
- Planning and organisation of continuing education courses in the MAS Leadership & Management area, especially the CAS Leadership Basic and CAS Leadership Advanced
- Administrative and organisational support of the course directors in the preparation and implementation of continuing education offerings
- Central contact person and professional interface for continuing education participants, lecturers and course directors
- Planning and organisation of courses, information events as well as certificate and diploma ceremonies
- Preparation of the course rooms and the required course materials
- Advising and supporting interested persons by telephone and e-mail
- Maintenance and management of customer data in various systems such as Evento, CRM and the Moodle learning platform
- Calculation of courses and preparation of the corresponding invoices
- Active participation in the further development of procedures and processes as well as in the development of new ideas
- Assumption of deputy tasks within the micro-team
- Collaboration on various projects
Profile
For this varied role, we expect a completed commercial training and several years of experience in administration and organisation, preferably in the education sector. You work extremely independently, proactively and precisely.
As a service- and customer-oriented, communicative personality, you appreciate contact with people and maintain a friendly, cooperative and professional manner with continuing education participants and lecturers. Teamwork and independence are equally important to you.
Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and always have your appointments under control. You impress with very good German and MS Office skills and have a strong affinity for other IT software products such as Evento, CRM and the Moodle learning platform. General technical flair and the willingness to learn new IT tools complete your profile.
We are looking for an initiative personality who is accustomed to flexible dealings with different contact and client persons and enjoys change as well as continuous learning. And if you bring a sense of humour alongside your professionalism, you are exactly right with us.
