Your Job

• You advise Swiss companies on the introduction, optimisation and further development of their ERP solutions
• Together with the customers, you analyse existing business processes and identify concrete improvement potentials
• You gather, structure and document professional and technical requirements in a comprehensible manner
• On this basis, you develop practical solution and implementation concepts
• The configuration and parameterisation of the business software is also part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure that the solution fits the individual workflows and needs of the customer
• You take on the professional and organisational responsibility for your own projects or customer mandates
• From planning to go-live, you coordinate the individual project phases and participants

• You prepare, moderate and purposefully follow up on workshops
• You introduce users and key persons to the new solution with clear and practical training
• You continue to support your customers in optimising and further developing their systems after implementation
• You are a reliable contact person for professional or system-related questions
• In everyday project work, you collaborate closely with specialists from consulting, project management and technology
• You actively contribute your experience and ideas to the further development of solutions and procedures
• At the same time, you have the opportunity to specifically expand your knowledge in additional ERP modules and specialist areas

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Advanced training in business informatics, business administration, finance and accounting, HR/payroll or a comparable field
• Qualification at HF, FH level or a Swiss federal certificate is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the ERP environment, application management or a comparable function
• Practical experience in the introduction, support or further development of business software
• Sound understanding of business processes and workflows
• Experience in gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of Abacus or a comparable ERP system is a plus
• Expertise in finance, HR/payroll, sales, logistics or other business processes is welcome
• Initial experience in leading projects or subprojects is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
