IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Second-level support and occasional on-call duties
Participation in IT projects and support during onboarding of new customers
Creation and updating of documentation for IT infrastructure
Operation and monitoring of the data centre environment
Execution of tasks and assignments
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Solid knowledge of Sophos XG Firewall, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Hycu and Veeam Backup
Experience in installation and management of Microsoft cloud solutions
Advantageous: Certifications such as MCSA or CCA
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence
