ICT, Support & Solution Development

Since 1999, Martin Lenz AG has been developing, realising and marketing sophisticated real estate projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. For our 26 employees, we are looking for a versatile ICT specialist who ensures operations and develops their own digital solutions.

YOUR ROLE

You are the central ICT contact person at the Baar location. You ensure reliable daily ICT operations, identify potential improvements in our processes and develop suitable tools for them. For complex specialised topics, you collaborate with external ICT partners.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US

Solution Development & Digitalisation

• You develop new internal applications and automations – from requirements through conception and implementation to testing, introduction and documentation.
• You operate and further develop existing in-house solutions, SharePoint web parts and interfaces, and improve workflows with appropriate technologies.
• You evaluate digital solutions and AI applications, support projects and coordinate external partners as needed, as well as inventory, licences, contracts and budgets.

Systems & Security

• You administer Microsoft 365 with SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Entra ID as well as our Windows/server and network environment.
• You ensure user rights, updates, monitoring, data backup, recoverability and secure ICT operations – with external partners if necessary.
• You train and raise awareness among our employees about ICT security and cyber risks and support the implementation of appropriate preventive measures.

Support & Workstations

• You personally support your colleagues – with everyday questions, disruptions and application problems (first- and second-level support).
• You manage PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers, scanners, telephony and the setup of new or departing employees.

WHAT YOU BRING

• An IT education or comparable, solid practical experience – ideally as an independently working ICT generalist.
• Experience in direct user support as well as in the administration of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and networks.
• A structured and service-oriented working style, personal responsibility, discretion and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• You have already implemented scripts, automations or applications yourself (e.g. PowerShell, APIs or web technologies). Knowledge of Graph, SPFx or React is a plus.
• Our business language is German; very good oral and written skills are required.
