Your new job

• Training and supporting our apprentices at eye level – from the basic training year through specialised training to successful completion of the apprenticeship
• Building and operating our training labs around Linux/Windows Server, virtualisation, cloud infrastructures, containers and automation
• Further developing training concepts and company training plans according to the current training regulations (BiVo)
• Coordinating practical assignments in the specialist teams and supporting trainers with project work, training reports and in the qualification procedure (IPA)
• Collaborating with parents, vocational schools, inter-company course centres (ÜK) and authorities as well as participating in taster days, information events and recruiting new apprentices

What you bring with you

• Enjoyment in guiding young people on their way into working life and inspiring them for IT
• Vocational training in IT EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Solid know-how in platform development
• Experience in training apprentices, ideally with a trainer course or pedagogical further training (SVEB, EHB) – or willingness to complete this
• Skill in conceptually developing training plans and a confident manner with apprentices, parents and specialist teams

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 105,000 to 120,000 Swiss francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. With more professional experience or additional skills, it can also be somewhat higher. Salary development then depends on your performance and Bedag’s financial success.
