Responsibilities:
You handle IT incidents remotely or by phone via a ticket system.
You reliably support Windows clients – including user management and software distribution via PowerShell ADT.
You manage hardware, maintain inventories and support VoIP as well as virtual desktops.
Security updates, installations and rollouts are part of your daily routine.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and bring practical experience.
You are proficient in Windows environments, Microsoft Cloud and admin tools.
You work in a structured way, think solution-oriented and act independently.
Fluent German, good English and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
