Do you enjoy interacting with customers and selling? Then you are exactly right with us! For our location in Bern, we are looking for you immediately as a passionate salesperson (m/f/d) at 50-80%.

Your induction:

• 8 weeks of induction before the opening directly on site in our store in Bern
• Comprehensive onboarding in assortment, tasks and daily store routine
• Team building from the first day of induction
• Theory & practical training including modern e-learning methods

What we offer you:

• Hourly wage of 24.71 CHF
• 30 days holiday per year

Your tasks:

• Active advice to our customers and selling their favourite products
• Responsibility for and execution of cashier duties
• Binding individual flower bouquets (after bouquet binding training)
• Care and attractive presentation of our product range as well as stock replenishment

Your profile:

• Ideally a completed vocational training (EBA or EFZ) as a retail salesperson (m/f/d) or solid professional experience in sales
• Very good German skills (at least B2) spoken and written
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Reliable availability on weekends, public holidays as well as early and late shifts (e.g. from 6 am or until 8 pm)
• Enjoyment of physically active work
• Passion for sales and pleasure in dealing with flowers and plants as well as great interest in floristry
