Internal Sales Consultant

OPO Oeschger AG, headquartered in Kloten, is a Swiss trading company with 300 employees. We trade in furniture and kitchen fittings, door and building fittings, as well as machines and tools. Our customers are joineries, kitchen and interior fitters, the wood-processing industry, schools, as well as glass and metal constructors.

Your tasks

You competently advise our joinery customers by telephone, e-mail and chat. In addition, you receive orders, process and monitor them. You prepare quotations, follow them up and check their success. Handling complaints is also part of your responsibilities. With your professional support, you contribute to building sustainable customer relationships.

You bring with you:

• Training in hardware retail or alternatively a craft apprenticeship as a joiner – ideally complemented by commercial further education.
• Good knowledge in the areas of fittings, tools and machines
• Knowledge of the processes in the internal sales department of a technical wholesale business
• Good MS Office skills
• As a team player, you work independently, are resilient and very service-oriented
