Field Application Engineer 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed Field Application Engineer to support our international partners in integrating modern mobile and cloud solutions. In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with customer-oriented support and work closely with our development and project teams. A job that matters: Your tasks

• Onboarding and support of LEGIC partners in the integration of Apple and Google Wallet
• Ensuring technical support for LEGIC partners (Cloud Service and mobile SDK)
• Reproducing malfunctions
• Technical analysis and documentation of support cases
• Maintaining the knowledge database
• Technical support of LEGIC partners in integration projects
• Close collaboration with development teams as a representative of the technical customer perspective

An experience that counts: your skills

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (FH/HF), or equivalent
• Further training in one or more of the following disciplines: Java, Swift, Android Studio, XCode, REST API
• Professional experience in cloud service and/or app development is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German and English
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Strong quality awareness
