About the job

Together with our kitchen team, you ensure cleanliness, order, and a smooth operation in the kitchen and restaurant. You also work with our supported employees and assist them with their tasks.

Your main tasks

• Cleaning and care of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
• Thorough cleaning of dishes from the restaurant and kitchen areas
• Setting up, supervising, and cleaning the serving station
• Compliance with our hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept
• General cleaning tasks in the kitchen, including floors, ventilation, and cold storage rooms
• Carrying out preparation and pre-preparation work
• Assisting with the attractive presentation of dishes for banquets and restaurant service
• Support with catering and material transport
• General support of the kitchen and service teams

What you bring with you

• Good spoken German skills
• Professional experience in gastronomy, kitchen, or dishwashing area is an advantage
• Reliable, careful, and independent working style
• Enjoyment of cleanliness, hygiene, and order
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of active work
• Team spirit as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with different people
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in varied roles
• Good comprehension and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Punctuality, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to pitch in as part of the team and support other areas if needed
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Understanding of people with disabilities
