Manager QA (a) - Engineering 100%
As a QA Manager (a) in the Quality Engineering department, you will take on a key role: you ensure the GMP compliance of our production and analysis systems as well as infrastructure facilities, thereby making a decisive contribution to the quality and growth of the Bachem Group.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the GMP-compliant life cycle of production and analysis systems as well as infrastructure facilities
- Approval and evaluation of requalifications, maintenance activities, technical change requests, and deviations
- Technical leadership of qualification and validation activities in projects (including CAPEX)
- Review and release of qualification documents (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) as well as overarching validation documents
- Creation and approval of GMP-relevant documents (SOPs, logbooks)
- Support during regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Ensuring the GMP status of equipment and facilities through regular reviews
Your profile
- University degree (Master's) in engineering, chemistry, process engineering, pharmacy, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment with a focus on qualification/validation (QA, C&Q, Engineering)
- Sound knowledge in facility and equipment qualification
- Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Desirable: experience in cleaning validation and/or computer system validation as well as familiarity with SAP or MasterControl
