For our newly renovated location in the heart of Zurich, we are immediately or by arrangement seeking an entrepreneurial and inspiring personality as Team Leader Retail / Shop Manager (100 %), Zurich Location

Your Role

You will take overall responsibility for the retail store in Zurich and develop the location both economically and conceptually. You will accompany furnishing projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. With your sensitivity for design, architecture, and high-quality materials, you recognise customer needs and build trust at the customer interface together with your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for sales, budget, and economic success of the location
• Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Expansion and maintenance of your network with architects, interior architects, and planners
• Development and presentation of high-quality furnishing and spatial concepts
• Leadership and further development of the sales team with clarity and by example
• Project support from consultation to realisation
• Further development of the showroom and implementation of sales-promoting measures
• Confident handling of digital planning and visualisation tools (e.g. pCon advantageous)
• Close cooperation with our international brand partners as well as internal specialist departments

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in selling high-quality furnishing solutions or in interior architecture and move confidently in the premium segment. You are passionate about architecture, interior design, and design classics and have a pronounced sensitivity for materials, proportions, and spatial effect. You understand sales as personal consultation at the highest level. As a leadership personality, you motivate your team, promote personal responsibility, and create a working environment where quality, enthusiasm, and customer orientation are lived daily.

Ideally, you also bring:

• Training in interior architecture, interior design, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in premium retail or the high-quality furnishing industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment in acquisition and network maintenance
• Leadership experience or proven leadership potential
• High IT affinity and experience with digital planning systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• An existing network in the Zurich area is a plus
