HR Assistant (100%)
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and appreciate a varied role with a high degree of independence and closeness to our employees. In your role, you ensure efficient and service-oriented HR administration and thus contribute significantly to our team’s success.
Your Challenge
- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including master data maintenance, contract management, notifications to compensation offices, pension funds, etc.
- Responsible for a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, including the creation of interim and work references, as well as employment confirmations
- Independent handling and support of all assistant staff and civil service personnel
- Supporting managers and employees in administrative HR matters
- Organising various internal events, such as induction days, retirees’ meetings, anniversary dinners, etc.
- Supporting the HR team in day-to-day business

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, possibly further training as an HR assistant
- Initial experience in HR administration is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Committed personality with a high service orientation and team spirit
- You have an awareness of handling sensitive data in human resources
- Experience in healthcare is welcome but not a prerequisite
