An experienced IT professional is sought for the technical support of customer infrastructures, ensuring the stable operation of system platforms and independently managing technical projects. The focus is on Microsoft technologies as well as on implementing requirements into reliable IT solutions.
The position combines ongoing infrastructure operation with project work, change implementations, and systematic analysis of technical problems.
Responsibilities:
Plan and take responsibility for technical projects and changes
Install, configure, and support customer infrastructures in operation
Assess technical requirements and examine suitable implementation options
Analyse faults and disruptions, coordinate and follow up on corrective measures
Support the reliable operation of Microsoft servers, clients, and cloud services
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in system engineering and ongoing professional development
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client
Confident handling of Azure Services, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online
Fluent German; English is a plus
