Your tasks

• Participation- and resource-oriented support of employees with support needs in everyday work
• Strengthening self-efficacy and participation in working life
• Promoting cooperation, communication, and social integration in the work environment
• Promoting individual skills and potentials
• Supporting learning, development, and change processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a social pedagogue, in social work, work pedagogy, or comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting people with support needs
• Enjoyment in promoting and strengthening people’s independence and self-efficacy
• Appreciative, resource-oriented, and participation-oriented basic attitude
• Patience, empathy, and sensitivity
• Positive, solution-oriented basic attitude
• Reliability and commitment
• Resilient and confident in dealing with challenging situations
