Transport Manager (m/f/d)

• You rock the operational transport business and lead your drivers and dispatchers
• You reliably ensure the achievement of annual targets, adherence to the budget and compliance with legal requirements

• You participate in fleet definition, take care of vehicle procurement and plan maintenance
• By optimising orders, you ensure that vehicles are always fully utilised
• Offers, complaints and reporting are in the best hands with you – you never lose sight of the big picture

• You have completed training as well as proven professional and leadership experience in transport
• Ideally, you hold a category C driving licence
• You know the region well and generally have a geographical talent
• Confident use of modern communication tools (e.g. MS Office) and your impeccable German skills make you communicatively strong; additional languages are a plus
• You work reliably, precisely and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Even when it gets stressful, you stay calm and keep an overview
• You are also motivated to explore new paths with the team and actively participate in changes
