System Engineer Cloud Technologies (80 - 100%)
Cloud technologies at Belimo are more than IT infrastructure: they enable collaboration, security, and efficiency on a global scale. In this role, you take responsibility for central Microsoft 365, Azure, and Identity services and actively shape them further.
You work at the interface of operations, security, and innovation: you keep critical services reliably running, modernise existing solutions, and evaluate new technologies for use at Belimo. In doing so, you work closely with IT teams, other departments, and external partners to ensure our cloud landscape remains powerful, secure, and future-proof.
- You take responsibility for defined cloud services - from Active Directory/Entra ID through Microsoft 365 to security and Azure topics.
- Configuration and further development of existing and new services as well as their integration into the system landscape - with a focus on security and usability - are also part of your tasks.
- You identify where existing solutions can be improved and ensure that new technologies are sensibly adopted at Belimo.
- You help implement Belimo's global IT strategy in practice and ensure that this results in concrete improvements for our users.
- In cross-departmental projects, you support the business and make complex technical topics understandable and usable.
- You enjoy collaborating with internal teams and external partners - representing Belimo's interests towards service providers.
- You take pleasure in identifying automation potentials to make recurring tasks simpler and more efficient.
- In complex service requests and incidents, you contribute at the 3rd level and help the team keep our services stable and reliable.
- You have completed training in the field of computer science.
- You have several years of experience in a similar role in infrastructure or systems environment.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID is a given for you.
- You also have solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams (telephony and collaboration), Defender, SharePoint, and Exchange (hybrid).
- Knowledge in endpoint management is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud computing and Azure services is advantageous.
- You have already participated in IT projects and appreciate exchanging with various stakeholders to find good solutions together.
- You bring very good English skills as well as at least conversational German skills.
