Project Manager Urban Planning with a Focus on Spatial Planning
In this exciting job- you take on project management and work on the ongoing partial revision of the land use plan.
- you develop and work on the basis for the value-added levy.
- you accompany land use and special land use plans.
- you develop spatially relevant decision-making bases and design concepts for the use of public space.
- you develop and coordinate bases and concepts in collaboration with specialist departments of the city and canton.
- you represent your projects before expert committees and political committees as well as at information events.
You will be successful here
- with your recognised university degree (Bachelor or Master) in spatial planning, urban design, or architecture.
- with training and sound knowledge in spatial planning.
- with experience in leading and working on partial revisions in land use planning.
- with good knowledge of Swiss planning instruments.
- with practical experience in various areas of spatial planning.
- if you enjoy operating in the interface between administration and politics.
- because you want to further develop your expertise through professional training or a CAS.
- with your expertise in project management, as project leader, in spatial planning topics.
- because you have a confident manner, can negotiate and communicate in a mediating and solution-oriented way.
- with a structured, independent, and prioritising way of working.
- with a proactive, solution-oriented, and visionary attitude.
