WE ARE HIRING: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – VIP Support (m/f/d) in Basel, Switzerland!

Contract type: Fixed-term (4 months, with option to extend up to 12 months)

Workload: 100% (40 hours/week)

IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) wanted in Basel!

We are looking immediately for a motivated IT Support Engineer for an exciting project with a top banking client in Basel. Bring your expertise and support our VIP clients at the highest level!

Your tasks:

• First-class VIP support for executives
• Troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Managing Active Directory, M365 and remote tools (RDP/VNC)
• Ensuring SLA compliance in the ticket system

Your profile:

• Languages: German (mandatory) & English
• Experience: At least 2 years in IT support in a Windows/Mac environment
• Skills: A+ certification (or equivalent), Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Mac OS and VIP support experience
• Personality: Service-oriented, proactive and a team player
• Background check: A successful background check (BGV) is required before starting work
