This responsible role requires fixed working days: Mon, Wed, Thu (8am-5pm). Other days unfortunately cannot be accommodated. Home office is possible by arrangement.
Your tasks:

• You plan all lecturer assignments, allocate the contracts and finalise the course schedules for all our locations
• You implement the new classes and their modules into the planning system and make corrections and deletions
• You create all timetables for the students
• You maintain statistics, handle correspondence and invoice training costs to the locations

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training or equivalent
• Qualified professional experience in a role with organisational tasks
• Sound knowledge of MS Office products, mainly Excel
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

About you:

• You enjoy working both in a concentrated and focused way on planning and organisational tasks, as well as having direct contact with internal departments and colleagues
• You appreciate keeping an overview of your area of responsibility and recognising and understanding the interrelationships in planning
• Interaction with people is important to you in your work environment and you respond to their needs with understanding and care, as far as organisational requirements allow
