Specialist in Unemployment Insurance

Your Tasks

• Checking reported violations by unemployed persons and assessing the corresponding sanctions
• Independently investigating facts and drafting decisions
• Processing statements and appeals as well as drafting decisions or appeal rulings
• Contact with insured persons and professional exchange with unemployment insurance funds, regional employment centres, and other internal and external bodies.
• Reviewing short-time work applications and independently drafting decisions.

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Additional training in the field of social insurance and/or relevant professional experience
• Interest in legal issues and enjoyment of a challenging, responsible role
• Very good written communication skills and confident text composition
• Quick comprehension as well as a structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation, personal responsibility, independence
• Teamwork skills and social competence
