Senior Software Packager (all)
How you contribute to health
- Software Packaging: Responsibility for packaging, repackaging, and lifecycle management of applications for Windows 11 with a focus on modern deployment technologies in Microsoft Intune (Win32)
- Automation & Modernisation: Continuous optimisation and automation of software packaging, software deployments, and patch processes using PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT), Intune, and other modern tools
- Software Distribution: Operation, monitoring, and continuous development of Intune-based software distribution in an enterprise environment with over 1,000 clients
- Operational Backbone: Analysis and resolution of packaging, installation, and deployment issues in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as close collaboration with Service Desk, Client Engineering, and application owners
- Holistic System View: You understand the Modern Workplace as an interconnected ecosystem and assess the impact of software rollouts, packages, and configurations on the entire end device platform
- Documentation & Compliance: Creation, maintenance, and ownership of technical documentation, operating manuals (BHB), as well as support for ISDS-relevant concepts and compliance requirements
- Teamwork: Active knowledge transfer within the team as well as ensuring deputising and sustainable knowledge retention
What sets you apart
- Your mindset: We are not looking for the person with the most certificates, but someone with a pronounced hands-on and can-do mentality. You question existing processes, think in networks, and actively drive improvements forward.
- Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent) or equivalent, long-standing practical experience in endpoint management and software packaging
- Several years of experience in software packaging and endpoint management in enterprise environments with over 1,000 clients
- Proven, solid practical experience with Microsoft Intune and the distribution of Win32 applications
- Very good knowledge of MSI, MSIX, and repackaging technologies including package analysis, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Very good PowerShell skills as well as practical experience in automating operational and deployment processes
- Practical experience with PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT) and ideally knowledge of Patch My PC
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and a modern understanding of endpoint management platforms
- Strong documentation, communication, and organisational skills
- You are a team player, take responsibility in daily business, and enjoy actively modernising and automating existing processes
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
