• In this responsible position, you will significantly contribute to the holistic and educational support of adults with diverse impairments and challenging behaviour
• You are actively involved in the conception and further development of innovative approaches, especially at the interfaces between psychiatry and disability support, to create sustainable participation opportunities
• Through independent case management, you make well-founded professional decisions and carefully document the key themes of the users
• You coordinate the daily group routine, work interdisciplinarily and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
• You provide our users with targeted assistance according to their individual abilities and needs

• Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent qualification
• Profound expertise in working with people with challenging behaviour
• You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
• Interest in developing and implementing innovative concepts as well as in shaping projects in the field of disability support
• Strong resource orientation, resilience, teamwork skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style
