Fundraiser: Institutional Fundraising & Major Donor
In this position, you are responsible for acquiring and sustainably maintaining institutional funding partners such as foundations, companies and public institutions as well as major donors. You identify potential donors, develop targeted approaches and relationship strategies, formulate convincing funding applications and personally maintain contact throughout the entire funding cycle. You will manage and nurture existing relationships with foundations, institutions and private individuals with great pleasure and trust. Together with the team, you contribute to the further development of the fundraising strategy and develop new concepts and ideas.
You have a university degree (FH/Uni) and a successful track record in fundraising, ideally in the environment of an NPO or foundation. Confident handling of M365 and CRM systems completes your profile.
The association Kinderhilfe Bethlehem offers you an appreciative and ambitious team as well as a responsible role with plenty of scope for creativity. Do you feel addressed? We look forward to receiving your complete application.
