About the job

At KMP, we combine architecture, planning, and realisation under one roof. Together, we bear the responsibility from the first sketch to the handover of keys and successfully implement real estate projects. In our company with around 70 employees, team spirit, commitment, reliability – and your progress – count.

As an architect, you independently design your projects and accompany them creatively through to realisation. You contribute your own ideas, clarify building law and technical issues, and work closely with authorities, specialist planners, as well as our project and construction management.

Your tasks

• You independently design projects and prepare building applications
• You clarify building law, structural, and technical issues
• You communicate with clients, authorities, and specialist planners
• You independently manage the approval procedures
• You accompany the execution of your projects creatively

Your profile

• You have a qualification as an architect ETH or FH
• You enjoy design and have a good sense of aesthetics
• You bring professional experience in project design in Switzerland
• You are a creative and communicative personality
• You have business fluent German skills, both spoken and written
• You are proficient and confident in ArchiCAD
