Business Analyst Sales Master Data and Processes

Responsibilities

• Analysis, collection and documentation of the existing sales master data landscape, sales processes and system landscape
• Derivation of target images and target processes with a focus on customer and contract management, offer catalogue management and reference data
• Management considering complexity reduction, automation potential and future flexibility
• Identification, consolidation and documentation of requirements in
  close coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Support in the identification, evaluation, selection and introduction of sustainable solutions and processes, including accompanying tenders and proof-of-concepts
• Close collaboration and continuous exchange with sales, specialist and IT departments as well as coordination with parallel initiatives and projects
• Development of sound decision-making bases, including business cases, effort estimates and risk analyses
• Preparation and moderation of workshops as well as presentation of results at management level
• Bringing a market perspective on current trends and best practices in the area of customer and contract management

Requirements

• Several years of solid experience as a business analyst in complex projects in the banking environment or comparable industries, ideally with a focus on sales master data and processes
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, master data management
  and the specific requirements in customer and contract management
• Solid understanding of modern technologies, data structures and IT systems
• Experience in projects with demanding interfaces and high complexity
• Expertise with UML modelling and BPMN as well as process management concepts
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar
  platforms
• Very good German language skills

Advantageous

• Knowledge of current market trends, technologies and best practices in the area of customer and contract management
• Practical experience in using AI tools in the context of business analysis or project implementation

Personality

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop target images, concepts and business cases
• Excellent skills in clear preparation, consolidation and communication of complex issues as well as in developing viable, coordinated and sustainable solutions
