Attached to the Vaud judicial order, the four district courts of the canton rule in first instance in numerous cases relating to criminal and civil law in the broad sense. Each includes several chambers (criminal, family, pecuniary, etc.).

To complete the existing team, the Eastern Vaud District Court, which employs nearly 50 magistrates and collaborators, is seeking a specialised case manager.

• Manage the chamber's case files.
• Participate in the chamber's activities.
• Collaborate with the accounting department.
• Draft certain decisions.
• Coordinate case management with other services.

• Commercial employee CFC, or any equivalent qualification
• Interest in family law
• Public service orientation and stress resistance
• Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work under the responsibility of the hierarchical manager
• Knowledge of common IT tools, speed, rigour, precision and discretion

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record less than 3 months old.

Engagement at the lower salary scale is possible if the duration of experience related to judicial administration, in a lawyer's or notary's office, is insufficient at the time of hiring.
