Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

Your mission:

• You develop and maintain long-term and strategic relationships with clients and candidates and offer advisory recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
• Supported by your Area Manager, you lead a team of employees who assist you in achieving and exceeding your goals.
• You align the needs of job seekers and companies, ensuring candidate satisfaction and contributing to the recruitment success of clients.
• You pay particular attention to excellent client care in your branch and seize every opportunity to acquire new clients or open up new markets.
• Within the internal guidelines of Manpower and in strict compliance with legal standards (AVG, ArG, GAV, etc.), you ensure entrepreneurial responsibility towards clients and employees (rates, wages).
• You ensure the observance of professional ethics, confidentiality, and the duty to inform all your contacts (candidates, clients, employees).
• You strive to maximise opportunities within your given market to exceed set targets for yourself, your branch, and Manpower.
• You are responsible for leading your team in an inspiring manner and guiding them in their sales activities to achieve outstanding results.

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Leadership experience in the HR sector
• High customer orientation, strong sales flair, and enthusiasm
• High professional competence and passion for Manpower’s products and services
• You communicate orally and in writing in German, preferably Swiss German, as well as in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Excellent command of common IT tools such as MS Office, Internet, Outlook
• High digital affinity and a very good understanding of social media.
