About the job
The Schule Schloss Kefikon is an IVSE-recognised special school home for children and young people with special support needs in both the educational and emotional-social areas (disocial behaviour, school refusal, mild depression, etc.). We offer 65 places in the boarding school and day group for girls and boys aged 7 to 18 years. We provide children and young people with a supportive environment and focus on promoting their strengths.WE ARE LOOKING for a Social Pedagogue 80% for one of our residential groups starting 01.08.2026

Your Tasks
- Accompanying and guiding children & young people in managing everyday life
- Supporting children in school, leisure, family, and career orientation
- Usual administrative tasks
- Participation in group and evaluation meetings as well as internal training sessions
Your Requirements
- Degree in Social Pedagogy or Social Work (FH, HF)
- Experience & enjoyment in working with children & young people in challenging life situations
- Willingness to work night shifts (approx. once a week)
- Strong in conflict, assertive & self-responsible
- Established personality with high professional competence
- Humour & creativity are expressly desired
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
