Role:
You take responsibility for a technical business unit and shape its economic and organisational development. You combine strategic decisions with operational management and ensure successful collaboration within the company.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the economic management of the business unit and monitor its development using relevant key figures.
You further develop leadership structures and responsibilities and ensure personnel deployment according to needs.
You personally accompany important customer projects and larger business ventures.
You optimise internal processes and organisational workflows regarding efficiency, quality, and growth.
You work closely with the management on strategic decisions and the further development of the company.
You open up new business potentials and specifically develop existing services further.
You promote digitalisation and the use of ERP systems within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical basic education with a Federal VET Diploma, ideally supplemented by a higher professional qualification, for example as a technician HF or with a federal diploma.
You bring solid leadership experience in a technical or industrial SME as well as experience in sales and project business, ideally in construction or a technical environment.
You are familiar with ERP systems and their practical application.
You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, leadership strength, organisational talent, as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
