Job Description
- Gathering and analysing requirements for modifications, interfaces, and workflows
- Creating technical concepts and documentation for development projects
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based modifications and interfaces
- Designing, developing, and maintaining workflows within the Comarch system landscape
- Creating, further developing, and maintaining reports and documents with Crystal Reports
- Conducting tests and quality assurance for new developments and adjustments
- Training and supporting 2nd level support on new functions and solutions
- Analysing and resolving application errors in 2nd level support
- Implementing program corrections and continuous optimisations
- Collaborating with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers in 3rd level support
Profile
- Completed education or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development with Java
- Knowledge in designing and developing interfaces and data integrations
- Experience with workflows built within the internal ERP
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports or comparable reporting tools
- Experience in application support and error analysis
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- High degree of independence as well as strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Openness to change and interest in new technologies
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, quality-conscious, and reliable working style
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Very good German skills, good English skills
