ABOUT YOU

As part of our IT Services team, you ensure the reliable operation and continuous development of our company applications. Your focus is on our ERP system proALPHA. As a link between business and IT, you understand the requirements of our departments, analyse processes, and find practical solutions together with users and external partners. In doing so, you actively shape how we digitally map our processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Operation, support, and further development of our company applications with a focus on proALPHA
• Analysis and optimisation of business processes in collaboration with the departments
• Recording and coordination of requirements, change requests, and further developments
• Participation and sub-project management in ERP, application, and digitisation projects
• Planning and execution of tests as well as maintenance of system and process documentation
• Support, advice, and training of our key users
• Coordination of external software and service partners
• Participation in user support and IT service desk

YOUR PROFILE

• Education as a business informatics specialist HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Solid ERP and application knowledge as well as experience in support and further development
• Knowledge of proALPHA is an advantage
• Experience in requirements engineering and implementation of business requirements
• Very good understanding of business processes, ideally in a manufacturing SME, and their translation into system solutions
• Experience in managing external IT and software partners is an advantage
• Networked thinking and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented and committed personality with enthusiasm for improvements and initiative
