Your contribution to the company
- Advising and assisting clients, mainly by telephone or at reception when they visit the agency
- Assisting and supporting insurance advisors in arranging appointments with their clients
- Preparing and following up on client appointments, supporting advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Close and ongoing contact with the agency's advisor teams
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- With a commercial background, you have initial experience in administration, particularly in the insurance sector; AFA certification is an advantage
- Your interest in advice and sales is strong, and you are highly motivated to train on our products and internal processes
- Your personality is service-oriented and you will always seek the fairest solution for all
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible and have ease in dealing with others as well as an excellent team spirit
- You are proficient in French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
- You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems and learning new digital tools
