Your expertise for occupational pension provision
Our client is an established, owner-managed fiduciary company in the St. Gallen / Appenzell region that supports and manages various pension schemes. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a professionally skilled, customer-oriented, and independently acting Pension Fund Administration Specialist 60–80% (a).
Tasks
In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in the technical and commercial management of pension fund mandates. You handle cases from A to Z and maintain direct contact with insured persons, clients, and specialist offices. Your main tasks include:
- Independent handling of all cases in occupational pension provision
- Management of individual insured accounts and maintenance of the BVG shadow accounting
- Completion of securities accounting as well as the necessary year-end closing tasks
- Advising and supporting insured persons, accompanied by contacts with experts and authorities
Requirements
You have solid experience in occupational pension provision or wish to acquire in-depth knowledge in this field.
You appreciate taking responsibility and preferably bring:
- Further training in social insurance or personnel pension provision
- Sound knowledge of BVG-relevant processes and legal frameworks
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style
- A strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of customer contact
