- Operational and personnel management of the Avionic Engineering department (14 employees)
- Ensuring and further developing the know-how for technical processing in the maintenance teams (2 shops) as well as towards armasuisse, LBA and the Air Force
- Active assistance in acquiring new contracts and services
- Budgeting and cost centre responsibility
- Maintaining contact with customers, manufacturers and suppliers
- Project management as well as participation in working groups and committees
What you bring with you
- Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Strong affinity for the military environment
- Structured working style with a flair for overview & priorities
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Charismatic leadership personality with a can-do mentality
- SAP knowledge (PM)
- Solid English skills (B2)
- Swiss nationality (functionally required)
