What you can achieve

• Professional management and continuous optimisation of disposal and recycling processes, including analysis of waste and material flows
• Planning, control and coordination of operational processes, orders, projects as well as liquidation and decommissioning orders (operational + administrative)
• Procurement management: obtaining offers, evaluation, ordering, material and service procurement as well as control of material receipts (electronics)
• Definition, marketing and management of fractions (metals, plastics, scrap) as well as maintenance of customer, supplier and authority relationships
• Leadership, instruction and support of the team, ensuring environmental, safety and legal requirements as well as preparation of reports and documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training with further education, e.g. technical merchant or certified logistician HF
• Mandatory several years of professional experience in the disposal and recycling industry as well as in logistics
• Professional and leadership experience as well as pronounced team and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and high service orientation
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of the legal framework conditions in the disposal sector
• Existing network in the disposal and recycling industry is an advantage
• Ability to use and further develop existing contacts specifically for operational and strategic issues
• Very good German skills, English and/or French advantageous, SAP knowledge advantageous
