HR Specialist near Zug

These are your tasks: 

• You accompany employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• You are responsible for preparing the monthly payroll for around 120 employees 
• You independently recruit new employees 
• You are the contact person for employees and managers on HR matters
• You manage time recording, personnel master data and HR reports
• You participate in HR projects and contribute your ideas to optimise processes

What we expect from you:

• You have a commercial basic education (mandatory) as well as at least a qualification as an HR assistant or HR clerk in personnel management
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in HR
• You work independently, in a structured and precise manner
• You are numerically inclined and have a high standard for quality and accuracy
• You communicate confidently in German and can also conduct telephone calls in French
• You have good MS Office skills
