About the job

• Ensuring efficient and timely deployment planning as well as high customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for the assigned dispatch region as well as cross-regional planning, information exchange, and mutual support within the dispatch team
• Scheduling of service and repair assignments including daily and weekly planning, route planning, and route optimisation
• Short-term rescheduling in case of emergencies and outages
• Operating the company’s telephone and email centre: receiving customer enquiries and service orders via all customer channels and forwarding them to the responsible departments
• Recording and updating orders in SAP / SAP Field Service Management
• Maintaining master data in SAP
• Arranging appointments and continuously informing customers about the order status
• Collecting customer feedback
• Coordinating and exchanging information with service technicians
• Collaboration with the new equipment and spare parts departments
