About the job

Immediate start or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our technical customer service with a committed individual. Our garage business with around 20 employees is equipped with the latest infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest quality for repairs and services. Semes Bachenbülach AG is equipped with a workshop, body shop, and paint shop.

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting customers on service, repair, bodywork, and maintenance matters
• Vehicle acceptance and recording customer wishes and defects
• Technical assessment of vehicles and preparation of quotations
• Order entry and scheduling
• Link between customer and workshop, tracking order status
• Vehicle handover including explanation of the work performed
• Invoicing and follow-up of orders
• Ordering spare parts for customer orders

Your profile:

• Professional experience in a comparable or similar role
• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, automotive specialist EFZ, or comparable mechanical training
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Very good technical understanding and interest in vehicle technology
• Knowledge of spare parts management is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Quick comprehension and organisational talent
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Team and communication skills
• High customer orientation as well as resilience in hectic phases
