For our centre in Zurich Oerlikon, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, initially on a fixed-term basis with the option of permanent employment, for a committed individual as:
Employability Coach 80%
What you will do with us:
* Advising and coaching highly qualified job seekers
* Conducting group coaching sessions and workshops
* Supporting our participants in developing their application strategies
* Collaborating with referring agencies and interested parties as well as proactively maintaining relationships with all programme contacts, internally and externally
* Responsibility for smooth operations at the Oerlikon centre
* Further development of the location & participation in projects
* Staff management of the programme assistant
What you will do with us:
* Training in coaching/mentoring is highly desirable. If you lack formal certification, you can compensate with relevant experience in recruitment, talent management, personnel development, or adult education.
* For this work, you need very good knowledge of the Swiss labour market and ideally experience in employability coaching. Since you work daily with people from various backgrounds, high social competence is important to address their individual questions.

* With your motivating manner, sociability, and commitment, you will fit well into our team. We value reliable, pragmatic, and implementation-strong personalities.
* Ideally, you are well networked in the Zurich region and familiar with the region’s business and administration. You speak (Swiss) German as your mother tongue and have a very good command of English.
